To further proper our growth, we are looking for an experienced shaper that is ready to sink his/her teeth into this topic, to direct an appealing commercial approach towards clients, to intrigue and convince stakeholders by the topic, and to lead the delivery of AI projects.

As a Business Development Manager AI you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities for KPMG Lighthouse in the rapidly expanding AI market.

Roles & Responsibilities
• You shape the commercial offering around (Trusted) AI within KPMG Belgium, in interaction with experts, the international KPMG network, and clients.
• You shape the go-to-market strategy around this, and execute it, including leading sales activities
• You manage team members on projects, and mentor them in their broader development
• You support in the broader offering, go-to-market, and project execution of the Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning and
• Intelligent Automation competences of KPMG Belgium
• You develop long lasting client relationships
• You take up managerial tasks with KPMG Belgium’s Lighthouse, also in collaboration with the other Lighthouse competences to develop and implement AI-enabled solutions that meet client needs.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in AI technologies and trends, and sharing this knowledge with clients and colleagues.

Requisiti :

Skills & Qualifications:

• You have finished a Master study with minimum 9 years of experience with a professional service firm
• You have Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, preferably within the AI industry

You have a strong knowledge and proven affinity in AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing and computer vision.

• Digging into the topic of Trusted AI is a challenge that fascinates you
• You are highly proficient in Dutch and English (spoken and written), knowledge of French is a plus.
• You combine a can-do mentality with strong commercial reflexes, and enjoy convincing clients of the added value of KPMG’s services
• Experience in managing and leading client engagements, including scoping, and delivery of AI related projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• You insist on delivering high quality work and combine confidence with a professionally critical attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Minimum level of experience required:
6 to 10 years
