Accenture Finance, Risk and Compliance (‘FRC’ part of Strategy & Consulting) team focus on activities to tackle issues of importance to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) in the Financial Services industry (FS), helping them to transform the finance, risk and compliance function and make it future proof:
• You will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering high value solutions that help our clients move forward in every part of their Finance and Risk Function.
° Drive and manage projects concerning implementation of new regulation or best-in class solution, contribute to audit findings remediation, and advise on organizational and technical organization.
° Implement optimization/rationalization levers to meet regulatory requirements in the most efficient way.
• You will contribute to both your project team and your client counterpart at leading clients in Belux and abroad in the FS industry. You will build strong and long-term client relationships through constant monitoring of your client needs.
° Provide subject matter expertise, industry perspectives and relevant point of views to drive client value.
° Actively keep track of latest evolution of the FS industry’s challenges and opportunities.
° Develop a strong network of Accenture clients, experts and colleagues.

Votre profil :

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in Business economics, Business Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, …
•  2 to 5 years of experience within Financial Services industry in Insurance Risk and Finance department, or Consulting company (assignments with a focus on Insurance)
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory landscape such as, IFRS9/17, Solvency II, BEGAAP, ESG reporting,…
• Ability to understand:
° Insurance provisions computation, modelling, insurance contract pricing, and financial reporting.
° General concepts of risk and actuarial modelling framework (VaR, T-VaR, Black & Scholes, GLM, Economical Scenario Generator,…).
° Understanding of programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, ….
° Understanding of digitalization and data analytics potentials for finance and risk process.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurship mindset and appetence for ‘Business Development’.
• Work in a client facing environment in delivering changes through executing activities such as requirements definition, gap analysis and working with clients to design and deliver solutions.
• Proven strong written and verbal communication skills (abilities related to storytelling, stakeholder management, …).
• High competence in developing presentations (MS Office).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of cloud’s technology such as Azure MS, Amazon AWS is an asset.
• Knowledge in data analytics and risk tooling is an asset.
• Effective communication in English and in Dutch or French.
