What does this job entail?

Every day, numerous transactions in foreign currencies, bonds and derivatives take place in KBC's dealing room. With top-notch business and ICT systems, we process and secure those transactions, monitor positions and risks, process products and maintain communication with exchanges and professional counterparties.

BIIO @ Markets organisation - a mixed team of colleagues on the business and ICT side - develops, manages and supports a wide range of applications for our activities on the financial markets. We do this for KBC Bank and CBC as well as for foreign branches. So expect an international environment, in which you work closely with colleagues inside and outside Belgium.

Within BIIO @ Markets organisation, you will strengthen the Cloud team of Technical Support Markets. We are looking for a colleague who enjoys taking ownership, shows initiative and perseveres. Is routine not for you? Then you'll probably feel right at home here. You work via an agile / SAFe approach together with developers, business stakeholders, UX designers, product owners, process managers, business consultants and system architects. Every day is different.

What do we expect from you?

• You make detailed functional analyses in the context of new developments in our cloud environment.
• Together with the process manager, system architect and business stakeholder, you document new functionalities and design solutions for conceptual ideas and requirements.
• You facilitate smooth cooperation between colleagues, manage the progress of a development and are jointly responsible for qualitative delivery.

Votre profil :

• You have a master's degree in IT, commercial engineering or mathematics and/or relevant experience, including with:
o working out user stories and use cases;
o SQL for data queries and analyses.
• You communicate clearly, structured and convincingly. You communicate fluently in Dutch and English - also remotely via collaboration tools.
Like your colleagues, you like to achieve goals as a team. You show eagerness to learn, drive and motivation.
• Analysing is one of your absolute strengths. You work in a structured and detail-oriented way.
Your response to a multitude of responsibilities and deadlines is to organise your work efficiently. Even under time pressure, you remain focused on a qualitative result.
