Within our Operational Transformation team, we support governments, agencies, and European institutions in improving their operations and delivering sustainable change. We combine internal audit, process improvement, risk management, and organizational development to help organizations perform more effectively and create greater societal value.

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in this transformation. You will advise public sector organizations on complex challenges, lead improvement initiatives, and help shape the public services of tomorrow.


What will you do?

You will take a leading role in projects for government organizations and public institutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and optimizing complex business processes.
• Leading internal audits, maturity assessments, and organizational reviews.
• Identifying risks and inefficiencies and translating them into concrete improvement initiatives.
• Advising management teams on governance, internal controls, and organizational development.
• Leveraging data analytics and technology to support decision-making.
• Preparing and presenting reports and presentations for management, executives, and other stakeholders.
• Coaching and mentoring junior consultants.
• Contributing to the further development of our public sector practice.
• Supporting proposal development, market initiatives, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Your profile :

Let's talk about you

What do you bring?

• A Master's degree.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in consulting, internal audit, risk management, process improvement, or organizational development.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• A genuine interest in public service and societal impact.
• Affinity with data, innovation, and digital transformation.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is considered an asset.
• Certifications such as CIA, Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2, or Agile are considered an asset.
